1. Overview

At Chimvlexuz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and Dutch regulations.

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

Under EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or the model form below). You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory — any unambiguous statement is sufficient:

Your withdrawal statement must include: your name and address, order number, date of order and receipt, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our standard policy:

  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Products returned after the return period has expired

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us at assist@chimvlexuz.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided
  • Step 5: Retain your shipping receipt as proof of return

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns exercising the right of withdrawal: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. However, when you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you the cost of the standard (least expensive) delivery option we offered. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we are not obliged to reimburse the extra cost. We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover all return costs.

For defective products or shipping errors: We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

If approved, we will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We will also reimburse the cost of standard delivery. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
  • We bear no fees for the reimbursement; you bear only the direct cost of returning the goods (unless defective/wrong item)

8. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at assist@chimvlexuz.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company (processing times vary)
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at assist@chimvlexuz.world

11. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), and other applicable EU and Dutch law. You may have additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Dutch consumers may contact the European Consumer Centre Netherlands (ECC Nederland) for information and assistance regarding cross-border purchases. The Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM) supervises compliance with consumer law in the Netherlands.
